How to Use the Hipposerve® Studio Youku Widget
The Youku widget allows you to embed videos from Youku directly onto your website. Youku is one of China's most popular video streaming platforms, making it ideal for websites targeting Chinese audiences.
Youku videos are streamed directly from Youku, helping to keep your website fast while displaying high-quality video content.
Adding a Youku Video
Adding a Youku video to your page is quick and easy.
- Drag and drop the Media widget onto your page.
- Select a Youku composition.
- In the right-hand toolbar, paste the full Youku video URL.
Your Youku video will automatically appear once a valid video URL has been entered.
Customising Your Youku Video
The Youku widget includes simple options to customise how your embedded video is displayed.
Video Size
Adjust the size of the embedded video using the controls in the right-hand toolbar.
You can also enable Allow to adjust size automatically so the video automatically adapts to different screen sizes.
Autoplay
If you would like the video to begin playing automatically when the page loads, enable the autoplay option in the right-hand toolbar.
