Accessing Hipposerve® Studio

Getting started with Hipposerve® Studio is quick and easy. Whether you are creating your very first website or returning to continue editing an existing one, you can access the platform directly from your Hipposerve® Portal.

Hipposerve® Studio is included with eligible hosting plans and website packages.

Accessing Your Website Builder

  1. Visit the Hipposerve® Portal and login using your username and password:
    https://hipposerve.com/login
  2. Click the My Services button from the client area dashboard.




  3. Choose the service you require, and click Manage



  4. Locate your hosting or Hipposerve® Studio package and click the Manage Your Website button to enter the Hipposerve® Panel.



  5. Click the Hippo Studio icon to launch the website builder.




First Time Setup

If you purchased your Hipposerve® Studio package directly from our website, the first time you access Hippo Studio you will be guided through our setup wizard.


During setup you can:

  • Choose from one of our professional templates
  • Use PippAI to generate your website with AI
  • Customise colours, layouts, and content
Don’t worry if you change your mind later. Templates can be changed at any time.

Returning Users

If you originally created your website using one of our free trials, or if you have previously accessed Hipposerve® Studio before, you will go directly into the editor and can continue working where you left off.

Our services often use third-party software that receives regular updates. While we strive to keep our knowledge base current, there may occasionally be minor discrepancies between our guides and the actual interface.
